প্ৰতি বছৰে 14 মাৰ্চ (3.14) তাৰিখটো ‘পাই() দিৱস’ হিছাপে উৎযাপন কৰা হয়। তেজপুৰ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ৰ গণিত বিজ্ঞান বিভাগত 2009 চনত এই দিৱস উপলক্ষে বিভিন্ন কাৰ্যসূচী পালন কৰা হৈছিল। সেই কাৰ্যসূচীৰ উপলক্ষে বিভাগটোৰ তেতিয়াৰ দ্বিতীয় ষান্মাসিকৰ ছাত্ৰী প্লাৱিতা বৰুৱা, গীতাঞ্জলী ডেকা, জয়শ্ৰী বৰপূজাৰী, অংশু মালা আৰু হিমা শৰ্মাই এই চিহ্নটো বনাই উলিয়াইছিল।
